Pandan tart
Untuk ansar-kun kali ini aku buatkan kue tart dari pandan, hmm...aroma pandan terasa harum mengingatkan pada kampung halaman, pandan bs metik, disini mana ada metik pandan, 100 yen dapat 5 lembar hehe..pasti diketawain ma mbah2ku disampang sono.
Sebetulnya resep sama dengan disini cuman coklatnya diganti dengan pandan pasta dan gulanya ditambah sekitar 3 sdm kemudian butter ditambah 3 sdm juga.

sungguh ga nyangka kemarin dibuatkan kue spesial dari mbak Fatma-ku.. really touching, sampai2 jadi tegang terpaku tanpa banyak bicara huu huu huu.. ;p... Insya Allah semua budi baiknya akan menjadi catatan abadi... amin2..

Pandan leaves or screwpine pandanus. This leaf have a sweet, unique flavor that is commmonly used in Indonesia and Southeast-Asian countries to enhance both desserts and savory dishes. Usually we pound or ground and lend a sweet taste and aroma for desserts or some drinks.
But this time I used pandan paste. Come to Fukuoka and I will make it for you;D
